2. Visiting the website

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools, contact forms or embedded third-party services. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered with the website. We do not create visitor profiles or make automated decisions about you.

Our hosting provider is Amazon Web Services (AWS). Website files are stored in Amazon S3 in Frankfurt; Amazon CloudFront delivers them through a worldwide network. This involves processing the connection data technically needed for delivery, including your IP address, requested content and browser information. The purpose is secure, reliable website delivery. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a secure, working website.

We have not enabled CloudFront access logging or S3 server access logging for this website. We do not retain our own website access logs. AWS retains necessary operational and security data for the respective delivery and security purposes or legal obligations; its privacy notice explains purpose-based retention.

3. Contacting us

Contact links open your email application. If you write or call us, we process your contact details and enquiry to reply. We use Google Workspace for business email. Providing your details is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries from the person concerned; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Retention depends on dealing with your enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, statutory retention obligations and specific legal claims. When these purposes no longer apply, the data must be deleted; provider recovery and deletion cycles may follow.

AWS and Google may also process data outside the EU/EEA, particularly in the United States. The EU-US Data Privacy Framework applies to covered transfers to certified US recipients; the providers provide EU Standard Contractual Clauses for other transfers requiring safeguards. Processing and safeguard details are available in the AWS data-protection terms and Google data-protection terms. You can also request information or a copy of the applicable safeguards through our contact address.

4. Language and theme

Only after an explicit choice does your browser remember language and theme locally (cy-lang, cy-theme). These values are not sent to us. They remain until you delete the site's data or remove your choices using the button below. Storage serves the display you requested (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Without a choice we do not store a default preference.

5. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Contact ahmed@cybertron-labs.com to exercise your rights.

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany: www.lda.bayern.de.
